Coaching sessions are a culmination of interpersonal training, consultative leadership principles, and decades of certifications in human development. These 45-minute sessions address professional blockages, personal positioning or interpersonal challenges were an experienced, strategic, pragmatic perspective assists in untangling, reframing or moving forward.

Personal Coaching is a fresh take on life challenges: Family dynamics, communication/miscommunication and intergenerational issues. Fueled by courses in personal communication, change management and Brene Brown Daring Leadership.
Reiki as a practice is deeply meditative, based in Japanese Usuai Reiki principles. Im attuned at the Reiki III/Reiki Master level. Typically, sessions feature grounding meditation, scanning of the physical and energetic body, Charaka color and concept exploration with associated intuitive insights. This process releases that which no longer serves and fills clients with a combination of grounded, restorative energy and open to opportunity.
Reiki Intuitive
As an Usui attuned Reiki Master, I use meditation-based practice to settle the body's energy, assist in releasing and provide visualizations to soothe, reframe and restore. These skills are exceptional for addressing agitation and anxiety in many people. Sessions are mobile or can be done remotely.

With a focus on Human Connection and communication coaching centers on professional development, personal potential, conflict resolution and interpersonal growth. Bias for action offered as a single session or a package of 3 sessions.
